Ginger Hearts

Hello! I am writing this on the eve of North Carolina’s state lock-down order due to the pandemic that is COVID-19. Scary stuff.

I do hope and pray that you stay safe and well as we do the best we can during this uncertain time. This too shall pass. And we will get through this together.

“So don’t worry about these things, saying, ‘What will we eat? What will we drink? What will we wear?’ These things dominate the thoughts of unbelievers, but your heavenly Father already knows all your needs.”

Take this unplanned down time to reflect and reconnect. This is a great time to reconnect, at a distance, with family and friends. It’s also a great time to reconnect with yourself. So often, we lose ourselves in the craziness of our lives. Remember you…find your passion…find you again.

Help others as you are able. Prayer goes a long way and costs nothing but your time and intentional effort to talk with God. Take groceries to someone who needs them. Buy someone a take-out meal. Support your local small businesses through take out, on-line orders, sharing their link on social media or just telling someone about their business.

Take care of you and the world around you! Together, we will get through this and be stronger for it!
