Thanksgiving is a time of reflection for me. A time to give thanks for the blessings of my life. It’s also a time to give.
♥️Join GingerHearts to GIVE to the Firefighters Burned Children’s Fund of Person County.
♥️I didn’t even know this organization existed until my son, Matthew, suffered 2nd and 3rd degree burns in his arm several years ago. They were so kind to him and our family.
♥️GingerHearts purchases made from now through November 30th – TEN PERCENT of those sales (online or at the Emporium) will be donated to this fund.
Is itchy skin making you crazy? Flaky or peeling skin. Rash or dry irritated patches. Psoriasis? Eczema? Fungi? Dandruff?
Alywillow’s Warrior and Wildwood formulas are designed with plants that combat the causes of itchy skin. Long lasting results that relieve symptoms and are soothing and gentle to your skin.
For relief, replace your current cleansers and moisturizers (Level 3 or 4 is recommended) with either Warrior or Wildwood. Use from head to toe for the next 6 to 9 months. These special formulas soak into your skin each time you use them – nourishing your skin and fighting the culprits causing your irritation.
Customers report relief from itching almost immediately. Skin improvement will be noticeable in a few days to weeks. It may appear your symptoms are gone…but the little buggers are hiding – dormant. Continue to use Warrior or Wildwood for 6 to 9 months, attacking the cause while it’s weak.
In addition to fighting the itch, these formulas are fantastic for anti-aging and skin clearing and have a natural, non-invasive, scent.
For those with psoriasis, we recommend using Warrior cleansers and moisturizers first. After a few months, switch to Wildwood for 3 to 4 weeks before switching back to Warrior. Feedback from our customers has indicated this switch up offers optimal results.

Hello! I am writing this on the eve of North Carolina’s state lock-down order due to the pandemic that is COVID-19. Scary stuff.
I do hope and pray that you stay safe and well as we do the best we can during this uncertain time. This too shall pass. And we will get through this together.
“So don’t worry about these things, saying, ‘What will we eat? What will we drink? What will we wear?’ These things dominate the thoughts of unbelievers, but your heavenly Father already knows all your needs.”
Matthew 6:31-32 NLT
Take this unplanned down time to reflect and reconnect. This is a great time to reconnect, at a distance, with family and friends. It’s also a great time to reconnect with yourself. So often, we lose ourselves in the craziness of our lives. Remember you…find your passion…find you again.
Help others as you are able. Prayer goes a long way and costs nothing but your time and intentional effort to talk with God. Take groceries to someone who needs them. Buy someone a take-out meal. Support your local small businesses through take out, on-line orders, sharing their link on social media or just telling someone about their business.
Take care of you and the world around you! Together, we will get through this and be stronger for it!
Hey y’all. Let’s catch up. 🥰
Most of y’all know that I’ve been slowly ramping up a little “side hustle” called Ginger Hearts. ♥️🦋♥️ I am hoping now to kick it into gear! 🤣
The job I had in Raleigh for 4 years came to an end on December 31st. While I am immensely grateful that I no longer have that commute, I do miss the good people I worked with.
God has a plan!! And I trust Him!
Early last year, I began crafting, learning about botanical skin care, learning about retail and started this little venture called Ginger Hearts!
I have been blessed with an opportunity to work at An Artisan’s Emporium. Love it! This has become my “therapy”.
We got some chickens last summer’ish. Love them!! They’ve started laying yummy eggs faster than we can eat them. So, we are venturing into the egg selling business now.
And, I recently became secretary at my church. I am still in a learning curve but am excited about the opportunity to serve my church family and community and to, hopefully, make a difference.
Here are some pictures of what I am doing now with GingerHearts.
💕Please help spread the word.
💕I appreciate all of the prayers and support!
Be good to yourself. Sounds simple, right? Why is it so hard to do?
We tend to put other people ahead of ourselves. Especially us women. But, consider this, how are we going to continue to be able to care for others when we are not taking care of ourselves? Physically, emotionally, spiritually.
We lose ourselves in other peoples’s lives. Our spouse’s. Our children’s. Our parent’s. We lose who we are. It’s time to find ourselves again! So we can be fully fueled and engaged in life. Stop short changing yourself and others!
Set that phone aside. Just say no. Ask for help.
Find that craft you love to do. Set aside time to read a book, go for a walk. Heck, just sit outside! Treat yourself to a spa treatment (at home or at a salon). Spend time with a friend. Be silly. This life flies by…don’t let it pass you by.
Find yourself. Love yourself. You’ll find that, then, you’ll have more to give to others too.
